Uniqueness: 3/10 - It's basically a large open plan building. There are many of these on our server.
Beauty: 3/10 - It doesn't really look that good, lots of random blocks that don't compliment each other.
Execution: 4/10 - The corridors and doors are all built to usable sizes.
Scale: 5/10 - It is quite large.
Total: 15 - Just enough for Apprentice. I think you can do a lot better though and get architect.
