follow these steps:

1) use diamond block protection by placing a diamond block down. 20 blocks around the diamond block will be protected.
2) get a creeper to follow you into the protected area. once there, it will not explode or harm you.
3) either fence the creeper in, or find someway to keep it in the enclosed area. then go get a skeleton to chase you. bring the skele back to protected area.
4) using creeper as a shield, get the skele to shoot and kill the creeper.
5)disks! magico...

Or you could just dig three holes with a straight path through each of them...

You must damage the creeper a bit first, crazy. Making the skeleton shoot the creeper with full health will only end with a boom.
