A brief description of my project: Pennington Hills is the town I created and own. It is a Mediterranean and modern styled seaside town. Although I did not build everything (majority of it I did) I am the mayor and did plan the districts, shops, and most of the homes. We plan to continue and expand our town into new districts with new styles.

This is a total of 32 points this is enough for architect which is 30 but not enough for city planner which is 35.

I believe that this is architect worthy but not city planner is useing only a few materials but the I like your style.
You also have to remember that you need to get a 10 for scale and this still lacks size. Other then that continue the wHat your doing and include a few more materials and resubmit in 7 days.
