Uniqueness 6 - House like this isn't rare, so is the underground.
Beauty 7 - It's not beautiful but it's pretty.

Total = 6 + 7 + 8 + 6 = 27 out of 40 - almost reaching 30 points required for Architect, you have to furnish the house a little bit, also the basement, add some gardens too !
