im guessing i stole from the house that had a hole in the roof, so i could access some chests from there i didnt realise the house was locked as i just flew onto the roof and saw the hole i could access the chests from, i didnt realise that was wrong an i aplologise, please may i have another chance

You should have really told staff first to see if the hole in the roof was a grief (it was) so that makes you just as wrong in this case. Please be more careful in future.
