So Mojang has decided to pull something EA would and turn the EULA into an utter pile of shite. It specifically deals with how donations are handled. One thing it points out is more restrictions on donator ranks. This shits important.

We have known this before, definitely our server will not be taken down because the gameplay is guaranteed 100% free. Also, it is not allowed to sell abilities for real life money (or if i remember, you can only sell colored names for $$$) which we stopped accepting real money not so long time ago.

Our server owner can pay for all of resources without need of donations, previously we had accepted like $1500-$2000(?) worth of donations from users.

Therefore, we do not have to worry about it since we stopped it already while the other servers are in risk of being shut down by Mojang.
