Like I said with Twix, these two threads seem to have been overlooked, sorry. But as for the rating...

First off, you should have a set rank in mind so it will actually give you some motivation in your building (that's what I think is a good strategy when approaching a build). As for the build itself, it's plain. From what I see, all you have is a shell, nothing is filling your house. If you put more time into creating your "future summer house", you may be able to acquire the rank Apprentice if you so desire.
