Banned For?: "Griefing a honeypot" - Diamond pyramid with beacon.
Appeal Statement:
I was out scavenging a way back from spawn when I came across a few abandoned buildings, chests and a diamond pyramid with a beacon on top (honeypot).
I found it rather odd that this would be out here without any protection so I proceded to mine one of the the diamond blocks at the base of the pyramid. All while unaware of the griefing/claiming of abandoned buildings rule, and also being a while since i've played on the server.
"No Griefing
Griefing Includes placing, breaking or modifying blocks in another persons builds. This also includes making a hole in someones wall to gain entry and then replacing the block afterwards. This also applies to taking blocks from reverting towns!
NEW: Claim abandoned builds with staff approval! Click here to read more about this"
I have re-read the rules and hope we can clear up this misunderstanding.

Re: Huros Ban Appeal
First things first, I'm glad you have actually read the rules.
Second, in the future when you come across a build that isn't yours, don't go breaking anything without permission from the person who built it. If you don't know who built it walk away.
You have been un-banned this time, take advice from what I have said above.
