Referral Brainstorming

As I hope you all know we have a referral feature at http://referral.renmx.com and by inviting your friends you both receive R1,000 and once you refer 10 friends you earn Donator status.

Now you may be surprised to learn that we've actually had over 300 users referred through this system since its introduction six months ago. We average about 50 referrals per month. This month (January 2014) we've so far had 47 referrals placed through the system.

Now I believe this is the best way for us to acquire new players because obviously friends have more fun playing together. But I think we can do better. My aim is for us to have 80 referrals per month.

So what kind of incentives do you think could achieve this? I'm already going to be adding some special cards that can only be obtained through referrals but what ideas do you guys have?

If you get 15+ referrals (they only count when players log in, yes?) you start gettting 1500R instead of 1000R?

If you get 5 referrals in a month you get an exclusive "I'm a helper" card which gives you 300R every 5 days.

Above 20 referrals and you'll get yourself 2500 extra rickies (one time)

If somehow by god you invite over 30 people you'll get ANY HEAD of your choice.

These are just ideas...you can mix them around if ya want

I dislike the ANY head thing, how about any head between special ones like staff members, notch, jeb_, or heads like those. In general though I think its a good idea to add reward for referrals past 10 and making some for something like 2 referrals within an hour or within a day or something.

Much like the voting can get you ranks now, why not do this for referrals also?
