Banned (Again)

Hey guys!
I've been banned for some reason, and I don't have a clue what it is. If I could be informed of why I was banned, then I could hope to put my input on the situation.

kennesu banned you for Griefing Viennamoose's house on Survival

The ban was placed on the 4th of January 2014.

I believe this claim is invalid because ViennaMoose was banned. His town, HellFire, had only one still-playing resident: Me. I went into Vienna's secret base, and since all my stuff had been taken, I privated his chests as mine. I can see why this would be grieving, but I assure you, all that stuff was sitting there with no one to use it. And since Vienna was banned, I don't think he has much right to protect stuff on this server.

No Griefing
Griefing Includes placing, breaking or modifying blocks in another persons builds. This also includes making a hole in someones wall to gain entry and then replacing the block afterwards.

NEW: Claim abandoned builds with staff approval!

There is the link for the thread on how to claim builds, if no claim has been put forward for a build it would be classed as greifing even if owner no longer is active and or banned

I don't know how could this easily figured out but, do you have any contacts with ViennaMoose? If so (via Skype or whatever you used to communicate), do you have any evidences that you can own all of his things in-game?

Remember, illegal land claiming is considered griefing for us. You should have ask the staff before claiming other properties.

I'm sorrry, I didn't know the new rule about claiming land was in effect. I'll put a request for Vienna's House in shortly after this message.
