Avast Grimefighter has killed my PC

So Avast kept popping up telling me my PC could perform better...and I believed it. I quit the program before it finished and now I get a "limited or no connectivity" message for the internet on my PC. After hours of trying to fix it I'm guessing I probably will need to reinstall XP. That means I have 700GB of music and movies to copy onto external hard drives.

Due to work and other commitments this means I might not be on for a few days or so. Just a heads up, I'm not dead or anything so nobody take my stuff...it's booby trapped!

Now back to being super frustrated. And don't anyone use Grimefighter. It f**king sucks.

I got my connection back but not MC won't load. Super frustrating.Why is it so difficult to reinstall MC??? The whole worlds against me!
