I got banned!

Mods/Admin removed my circle on top of the building (this took more than 5 hours!!!), then i wanted something new special on top of the tower because it was too lame just standing there with some torches. So i put a single bucket of lava on top which was spreading very fast, going down all the tower to the ground. I wanted to remove it again, but i couldnt go up the ladder like normal, because the ladder was all surrounded by lava. So i had to get new lumber and make new ladders to reach the top to remove my lava mistake. Reaching the top TehTanMan was already there, hitting me 5 times, then i fell down the tower and died in the floating lava. My items were gone, 9 buckets, all i took out of the chest to remove that mass of lava.
Later Mod joined and banned me. Dicuss

First, Im an admin, not a mod. Second, multiple users stated to me that you said something to the effect about protesting since the circle was removed from the top of your tower, more then likely due to it being against the rules. (I didnt remove it) Third, throwing temper tantrums that include spilling lava all over the place is not something becoming of a player for our server.

As far as spending 5 hours for the building, i spent 6 weeks building up my home and various other projects on the old build of this exact server just to have a reboot because hMod was no longer supported and we had to move over to Bukkit and the map got corrupted. It sucked, I got over it, and I didnt spill lava all over the place like a 4 year old having a tantrum/protest. If you had an issue with all of this, you should have posted here in the forums and asked us why it was removed and how it could be fixed, if it could be fixed.

Too bad i didnt protest or smth, because that would always result in a ban.
So there is no coming back anytime?
My buddy who's with me can't also connect anymore, it says he's banned?
Could you, if youre so focused on banning me, ban my acc, but not the IP that he could keep on playing on your server?
