Nicknames on our servers have been disabled and removed

This is just a notice to inform you that we are no longer giving players Nicknames. I took this decision because I found it very frustrating on a number of occasions when I am trying to mute, kick or ban a user and I have no idea what their name is. And with so many people having similar names (There are over 30 people on our server with waffle in their name for example) the nicknames were making it difficult to tell who is who.

To make it fair I have removed nicknames from everyone including myself and I have physically disabled the nickname command so even ops cannot give nicknames any more.

We may revisit this at a later date if we come up with some rules for nicknaming but until that time it is disabled.
