This beautiful little self contained sandstone villa boasts use of all 3 types of sandstone adding a warm feel with accents added to give it that little extra touch of luxury.
Upon entering you will find yourself walking on a clean and fresh stone brick floor into a neat compact kitchen area with 2 ovens, worksurface and carfting bench with plenty of storage space for all those yummy ingredients.
Moving through from the kitchen you will find a nicely presented dining area well light from the 2 floor windows and due to its open plan design your able to to walk directly into a cozy front room seating area with 3 seater sofa, foot rest and corner tables on a more rural natural stone floor giving that feel of separation without the restraint of walls which is surrounded on 3 sides with large windows allowing you to take in the sunlight and the view of the outpost below and the majestic clock tower.
Upon heading upstairs you will be faced with a large bathroom featuring the essential shower and toilet with a space for your toothbrush and soap on the convienent corner unit.
then moving on to the next room you will find yourself in the master bedroom with it 4 poster double bed, side table and plenty of cupboard space and a balcony so you can look up at the stars at night or over the bay during those beautiful sunny days.
But the luxury doesn't end there, oh no you can head up to the roof to enjoy your own private walk in jacuzzi with roof so you can enjoy the warm water in rain or shine and it's well light so you can even use it at night for those more romantic evenings, with its own little roof top garden so your can feel close to nature even sitting high above the streets of city life. (pardon the dirt grass is still being grown in.
