hey, is it just me that cannot join the tekkit server? im just getting "End of stream" all the time.. please help

Probably the reason is

- Your internet connection,
- The server is in maintenance,
- or just a backup.

can u get on?.. rick says it's something with mojang?..

If it's Mojang like rick says then that means their authentication server is down. That is the server they run which handles your login and makes sure when you join 3rd party servers that you are using your own account and not someone elses. If their server is offline our server will not allow you to join.
