Renegames!?

So I was thinking, the server has a lot of stuff. Easter Eggs, contest builds, ranks, towns, but what I noticed it lacked were minigames. I don't know about others but I personally love minigames like spleef, hunger games, or other things because they add things to do during boredom. Now there probably is a good reason that they aren't in the server regularly, but what if there was a Renegames added, which is like a monthly, or few months apart Olympics in minecraft. There could be many activities an you could register for 2-3 max with certain number of max players each event, first come first serve for the spots. It could be Apprentice+ only or something to also help limit players and encourage building for ranks. Each minigame could have its own bronze, silver, and gold rewards. The minigames don't have to be open all the time though if it was to be added. Is there a way something like this could be added? I even thought of the awesome name, "Renegames!" It would be awesome if His Holy Hotness would add this lol.

I believe I have touched on Pri with this topic and he says it is most likely to not happen. I might be giving away false info but I think he said that we are a survival server and there is no need for mini-games. But you never know I bet we could somehow incorporate this whole Renegames idea with our economy in the sense of you have to pay a fee to enter and you have the chance of winning at certain tournaments.

I hope to see this idea because we have just a big enough community that we'd all know each other who'd play spleef etc.

Maybe next year. I do intend to change the server next year and switch us to using some new tools like bungeecord so we'll see what happens.

I have an idea of something similar. There are 3 buttons shot from different areas different ways, symmetrical on each half of the court. Every player get full leather armor, a wooden/stone sword, and an arrow that THEY WILL NOT LOSE ON DEATH AND WILL NOT BREAK (high unbreaking level). There would be a bow starting in the middle and on the gow pistons lower and everyone goes for the bow, which would have infinity and a high unbreaking level. You could use the bow to shoot the goals or players if you desire. The goal would be to shoot as many points on the buttons as you can by the end of the timer. different difficulty buttons are worth different points, THE BOW WOULD BE DROPPED ON DEATH SO YOU KILL THE PERSON WITH IT. The idea could be further developed and such of course if anyone ever needs it for some reason lol. I am not good at coming up with the completely original general ideas, but once somehow I get one I can develop it well and execute it kind of. Or at least think of how to execute it decently.
