Well in that case this happen before my first banned (since destruction catalysts have been banned) so it is pointless to ban me now since i have already been banned for it?
Besides whats the point in banning me?
I learnt my lesson when i was banned the 1st time so banning me now servers no purpose.
And DB696 yes it is you said i was banned for stealing the 1st time?

Ok ive sorted things out my younger sibling got on my tekkit while i was away and messed up multiple singleplayer worlds and got on this sever and apparently "went exploring peoples houses" (to quote him) ive fixed the issue by migrating my account so he now cant access it and i also have forbbiden him to use my computer and use of my account. ive have also warned him to never do it again.
I have made sure that he won't access my account again.
I now ask if you would be able to unban me and not hold me for my siblings actions.

You should have remove our server on your serverlist because sharing accounts is strictly prohibited...

Please take care of your accounts next time, especially something that is important for family benefits. We might get endangered.

It's part of using the intellectual property in a right way. According to my computer book, it is our responsibility to take care of our documents and datas, especially if you're in a public place.

Using internet can be also a crime. Even they say sharing accounts is nothing effective, still we have to use our common sense. This is the time we develop our conscience to encourage what to do with your computer before you leave.

I'm going to unban you because I'm feeling charitable but if your account is found griefing again that is it. You've already had two strikes now, there won't be any more chances.
