I check these shops all the time as long as they have some things in stock I let them remain open. Most are having issues staying stocked cuz people buy in lots. Also people been using the auction house system as well so its still balancing out what sells better in shops and what sells better in AH. I try to only remove shop warps when the store has everything out of stock or the player has become seriously inactive. Riverbed is one of our more active shops, but when usws stocks in his books they get sold out almost instantly, same with others with raw materials like cobble etc. Hence why I keep weekly tracks of them. (Hex's shop is working I just need him to get online cuz I have the old warp up there and need to adjust it to the stocked one, and PandaMarket is fully stocked most of the items for in AH and the warp from AH goes there.)

If you need to change hex's warp to the location of his new shop, I'm pretty sure that he is using my old area. I can find it later if you want?

If half your stores items aren't stocked, they will be taken down by me.

I don't think this is necessary Adrian, Stephanie checks the shops every sunday and removes them if they don't have enough items.

She removes several each week, I have helped once or twice with worldediting them blank. I'd like for her to continue to manage the shops.

I didn't say I would roll the shop stalls back, I simply take down the warp till items get put back in. I'm not world editing anything, simply taking a sign down until items are restocked. Also, last I checked Steph and I were both admins and we didn't have specific duties. We are a team, not employees.

Stephanie has been doing the shops for quite a while, she has a system, she checks them every sunday. The players constantly stock their shops through the week but the items sell out very quickly. This is why checking them every day and removing the signs during the week isn't such a good idea as day to day stock levels fluctuate.

All the shop owners know that their shops must be stocked fully on Sundays no matter what. This is the system Stephanie came up with and agreed upon with the shop owners. I would like for her to continue to do it because her system works and shes been managing it for some time without any problem.

And of course we are a team but even in teams people hold different roles. You don't have waiters working in the kitchen cooking a steak and you don't have chefs walking around serving patrons their food. We are a cohesive team but we all have the things we're in control of, stephanie took over the shops at a time when no one else wanted to do it after some high level departures and she enjoys doing it.

There are lots of other areas that need to be managed, forum guides, plugin development, rank reviews and levels applied etc
