A brief description of my project:I had a fort, but it was boring, so I turned it into a mansion. It has a library, kitchen, garden, and much more

In total: 24, which sadly isn't enough for architect that requires 30 points.
I do like the build and I think it has potential. It is a nice build and it is possible to get around the place without flying, though the scale lacks a bit. I would suggest you build more to it and perhaps bigger houses, which would make it possible to fit more details in. Also perhaps work with the landscaping Although it's a sandstone build in a desert, it seems you've dug out a lot around, and just left it there.
You've made progress since your last application, so keep up the good work.

Here's somethings I recommend helping with this build
-You should expand this fort into a bigger square, it gives it a giant look. (Plus more space!)
-Landform the area around it, this fort will like it's surroundings.
-A pathway might be cool, kinda like the gravel from random generated villages, gives it a bit new look.
The rest you'll just have to imagine, I don't want to do the build for ya, and just maybe, you could might get Architect from it, who knows?
