Our Project is Called: Japanese Garden

A Brief Description Of Our Project: A Japanese Garden with a river, a pond, a Sushi Bar, a Japanese Temple on top of a hill, somewhat hidden lanterns, furniture, Sakura Trees, and a board walk.

Looking at the screenshots, it looks quite good in the aesthetics of it. I can definitely see you two are inspired by Mt Anio and it's been executed very well, lots of detail too. I would suspect this might get you two the apprentice rank.

Im not to sure what the whole appeal for rank apps is with 2 people since i havnt really dealt that before but this will only have a chance at apprentice if that. probably because in my eyes all you have done is copied bits from spawn. If you want to get architect you can still do the whole japanese theme but make it your own. or change it to something unique. it also will have to be alot bigger and more detailed. but then even after that from my knowlodge only 1 person can get it even if 2 people were to build it.gl

Maybe it's just me, but last time I checked there wasn't a clay temple or a Sushi Bar at spawn. Plus, this a Japanese garden, which last time I checked, wasn't spawn. Think before you say something like we are copying spawn. Moderator or not, I think you could be a little more realistic and actually go to it in Minecraft before you start accusing us of a crime we did not commit.

im sorry but i never meant u copied spawn block from block but that tower u built, there is 4-5 similar to it ontop of the mountains near the contest area. That garden u built looks ever so similar to the garden around the back of the sewers and the pink trees are from spawn maybe ur sushi bar isnt but you dont have to lash back at me like that im just doing what i do and i gave u tips just like you asked. But yes as a moderator we dont nessasarily have the time to go look at every build that is applied on here. Im just saying what i can see from these pictures. there is no crime being made so before u tell me how to do what i do maybe look at it from my side and then u can criticise me. my look apon this still stands but if another moderator or admin wants to look at this they can have there say. gl

Looking at this I must agree that it does bear similarity to spawn enough for one to infer that it might have been inspired by it. It is also similar because both the spawn and this build are both utilise the japanese style.

Other things to note is that there isn't enough in this build for architect. I recomend looking at past architect apps for reference that are as recent as can be. Good luck have fun

blackeyeddog, thank you for clarifying that. However, I can insure you that spawn did not inspire us rebelgold. Evman and I have planned our buildings out before we even found a server to build them on. Thank you for your advice.

I would be happy to receive an apprentice rank if that is all we can achieve through this build. We will try and get architect again with a bigger (and better) build. Thank you all for your support and advice!
