Uniqueness: 9- I have not seen too many entire estates or towns before, and the use of properly labeled Italian signs within the Italian villa is very original.
Beauty: 8- The trees add a very nice feel, and the internal colors break up the consistency of yellow and red externally. Incorporating the lake into the build really adds a calming, beautiful effect to the background of the build.
Execution: 7- The overall shape of the build is nice, not too strict and not all over the place. The varying size and shape of square/rectangular and even oblong buildings is quite nice. It has solid flow.
Scale: 6- I would say the overall size is relatively well for an Architect application.
30/30 required for Architect rank.
