Architect Application

The Rank I'm applying for is: Architect (my last app was Engineer, but now that I think about it the project is probably most fit for the Architect rank)
My Game Name is: th3thrilld3m0n
My Project is called: BlockLand
To get to my project: creative server -> /warp blockland
A brief description of my project:
For quite some time, I have been working on this project. It is part of a larger project that I may or may not complete, however my primary focus is on BlockLand.
BlockLand is Minecraft's first dynamic amusement park, meaning that it is fully operable and emulates a real life amusement park with shows, attactions, food, games and shopping. In addition, it is ever expanding, so what you see now is only the beginning of a massive undertaking.
You may find various construction projects throughout the park, so check back from time to time to see what it ends up being! You might be surprised...
Because the park emulates a real amusement park, it does require operators for rides and games. I am currently the only qualified user to operate these rides, so you will have to catch me online or communicate with me.
All rides and attractions have been built around modern technologies and are constantly being upgraded and thus, not all attractions may be open but all are fully functional. I would prefer if, when visiting, you do not mess with anything in the park unless I am there, regardless of what the object may or may not do. Thanks.
Lastly, the park has a secret area for employees but for this application's purpose, you are free to roam around it.
This park is inspired by Kings Dominion, WDW's Magic Kingdom and my own concepts.
P.S. When using the lift signs, it is best to have an empty hand. If you accidentally break anything or take anything, please replace it.
P.P.S. Since my last attempt at ranking up, I have decided to build the largest ride yet. It is located near the Steve statue and behind SpiroDrop. The lift hill and part of the station is complete. It is larger than I originally planned and can be seen throughout the park due to the massive lift hill. It is a dueling coaster with a twist: when you arrive back in the station you are on the adjacent track from which you started. I will be adding sound and lighting effects for the side that wins. It also has a duel platform on each side to double the capacity, thus allowing four carts to load at a time instead of the common racing coaster's capacity of two at a time.
Three mandatory screenshots: please visit http://www.mxpulse.com/board/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=2844 to view the screenshots.

The red circle denotes the location of the new coaster, name will be announced when I post photos of the coaster's progress.

I am very excited to be finally submitting this project! Many guests have complemented me on my accomplishments and I am eager to share them with the rest of the world!
P.S. I am on quite frequently, especially in the evenings (EST).

Um. I'm not too sure, but i don't think this has a huge chance of getting Architect. I think it'd have a better chance if u did it in survival. I'm not saying it isn't good because it is good, and remember it's not my thought that counts. But maybe you should build in survival instead of in creative for a bit. This got me architect: http://mxpulse.com/board/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=2859
I did that in survival!
Maybe try survival instead

Let's see how it is done, Bob. Don't jump to a conclusion before you see the progress on it. And tbh I don't think your architect application was that good either.

Be sure to post some more pictures on your progression Thrill3d :)

The reason why I am pushing so hard for a rank up is because this project is too large to finish without using block/map editing programs. For example, once I rank up I plan to finish my underground club and build a huge castle with a coaster and hotel inside and a boat ride on the outside and also build a huge mineshaft section of the park, all underground.
Once my wooden coaster is finished I am sure it will help my park qualify for a rank, as the coaster alone will double the size of the park.

I don't really understand why my application is not getting good reviews when other apps with similar size like this one are. http://www.mxpulse.com/board/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=2806
It would be nice for someone to give me explicit data so I know how much I need to do before I can rank up.
Thanks.

I've seen this in-game and while it is interesting I don't believe it is large enough to get Architect yet. The uniqueness score is not very high as we have had quite a few amusement parks built before. You'll notice that EpicFaceBlocks hasn't got Architect for his build either as it's just a farm. Again the uniqueness isn't high enough.

The whole point of the uniqueness score is to make it more and more difficult to rank up over time requiring even more extravagance as all the most common builds have already been done. Recently Bob got Architect and his project wasn't very large or detailed but it scored 10/10 on uniqueness as no one has ever done it before that I had seen on our server. The execution was also quite high.

If you want to rank up with this I would highly recommend you to focus on scale, execution and beauty.

So basically, this project has potential to become architect worthy? Thank you for the advice.

As I have observed so far, the better the applications are, the harder the ranking standard we would apply.
