In order to get apprentice you need at least 15 that is in Uniqueness, Beauty, Scale, Execution. Each worth 10 points, that accumulate up to 40.

Now, keeping that in mind, the house is a cube so it is not unique, the scale is too little, there is no execution per se to this and as for beauty, that will be in the eye of the beholder. While you did improve the surrounding area to the house, everything else is still the same so it is not apprentice worthy.

Id say keep working and try again and remember, above all, have fun!

I like this, its modern but rustic, simple but the lines draw me in it takes a mind to truly capture the beauty that this entails
