This is really nice. It is easily Apprentice worthy. It may even be Architect worthy. I can't rate this so I ask that another member of staff visits this in-game and scores it. Until then I am setting you to Apprentice just based on the screenshots.

Uniqueness: 7.5 (rounded off: 8)
It's a modern house, and there's few modern houses in Survival
Beauty: 8
I like the chromatic and futuristic looking house. The good thing is, the back part does not look dull.
Execution: 7
You made it look nice when it comes to exterior design but seems a bit messy when it comes to interior, It's okay but feels narrow especially the villagers' part of the house (first floor). After all, it's well-made house.
Scale: 7
Not cozy, not too tight. The design of this modern house makes it look larger at first sight but the size is fine.
8 + 8 + 7 + 7 = 30 out of 40 points! Congratulations.

Well, the shell is a complete copy, and I assume that is where you got your inspiration at least. Your house inside is like a home, whereas his is "Etho Corp." So it is more of a company rather than a home. I didn't mean it was a complete copy, but the outside of the house was a coincidence, and I kinda thought it was cool you were able to make it in survival and put your own spin on it. No worries, I just happened to know that Etho made that house too.
