I don't think you can get architect for this because there is nothing that really connects the different builds. They are all pretty much scattered around and not related to each other...
However if you create a town with all these and improve them I'm sure you can rank up. Here's what I think you should do:
  • Add more detail, especially to the exterior of the structures
  • Add more variety to the blocks used in the builds
  • Don't just leave some of these empty, put some stuff inside
  • Finally, I think you should consider putting a lot of effort into creating one great build instead of building many less impressive things.

If you don't mind some pointers:

Here's a couple of ideas, depending on if the floor is just 1 block of height, try adding grass to the mooshroom room :)
Nice touch on the hospital room.
I see you added a library, that's very good too.
Try adding some crates and what not to the food room, that makes it a bit more realistic.
Try using carpets too, that was recently added with the latest update :)
Add bookshelves to the alchemist room and perhaps an enchantment table or two, that way it seems as if they're studying alchemy. :P

I see you're experimenting with shapes and different materials so that's good :)

As for the floating buildings, at least the ones on water, try to do a bit of terraforming around their base, so that way it doesn't look as if it's just floating, or try to add "posts" that support your structure. Whichever you prefer is fine. Also if it's in the town, consider making a road that links your structures one way or the other.

Around the barn, maybe a couple of flowers or hay stacks to make it look natural.

I hope this helps :) You're doing great so far :D

Also, I'd like to point out that for a CP project the builds would NEED to be connected in order to be considered properly as a city and to have further detail. Since it's for architect maybe these builds can be considered individually and eventually he can work on connecting them properly (for CP if he wishes to use the city as his project).

IMO, if he covers the details that have been mentioned, I believe he can get Arch for these builds.
