A brief description of my project: This was a long project that I found fun to complete. This project was able to fulfill my love to hockey

Nor, you need to stop being so lenient on rating these builds, a small hockey stadium is no where near worthy of 31.5 points.

Applying for City Planner with only the stadium is not applicable for a city.
A city usually measures five times the 1:1 scale hockey stadium, or the average size, ten times the size of the stadium.

lol, i judged out from his airport that he applied with last time.
That's why it got the high score.
I did not judge out from just the hockey field :/
