A brief description of my project: I made a town that started with one little house but then I decided to add more detail and big buildings into it, after I was finished I entered it for an Architect application.

This still isn't architect worthy. I'm going to give you some tips.

Some of the buildings are empty or almost empty. Not much furnishings.
Many of the fences stop and start in random areas for no reason
The lights on the streets are not consistent, you use lightstone mostly but then I see a few lamps on the ground
The large glass tower building looks very poor and out of place, the glass floors are terrible and its almost empty inside.
Many of the buildings seem smashed together in one place for no reason the architecture is wildly differing between them.

I really don't know how you can improve this to pass unless you demolished a lot of it and started over. Sorry

These following changes are the ones I would make to try to make Pri like it:
-Remove the towers, totally. No trace left from them, and build a old Inn maybe?
-Add detail to everything except the windmill and the one house you made very nicely! (in picture 2 and 3)
-Add tons of detail to the skating area. That just looks poor and boring
-Make the lighting the same everywhere! Choose to either have it on the ground or on a pole!
-Add more trees in appropriate places! For example: Around the windmill. Big trees that is!
-When done with all the buildings, and have added trees, place bonemeal everywhere that it can be placed! Every patch of grass!
-Make more of those houses found on image 2 and 3! Replace ugly structures with those! (Make sure not to copy them everywhere! Make a variety between them all! Two or three of the same are fine ^^)
-Build with the same material! Remove structures that simply don't match in! Replace with structures that use the correct material!
Add some air objects! Air objects are always fun and exciting! Balloons, Air planes, Helicopters... Anything that can fly!!! Just make it realistic xD)

That is about all I can think about now. There is NO need to rebuild everything, but most of it. Sorry, but you made a too big of a mix with the materials and sizes...
