Uniqueness: 6 - Apartment complexes are quite common, but I can still see your own personality and style in the build.
Beauty: 6 - While I am glad that you did some block variation, it still seems a little lack luster.
Execution: 4 - It just seems too... random, like it doesn't fit in with a theme or have anything around it that complements it.
Scale: 5 - This is on the smaller side of a medium build if that makes sense, compare this to the scale of other's builds that achieved arch and you can see it doesn't match the large proportions of builds that achieve arch.

Overall I like where you're going with this, but for architect you need to go bigger, go bolder, and be more unique in your build. On the inside make your build large enough that you can make the inside more detailed. Keep at it, I'm sure that you can get Architect if you keep trying!
