We appreciate the enthusiasm but there is a procedure we follow when it comes to giving people a new rank. For starters, there is a prompt for applying for a new rank, whether it be apprentice or architect, found here http://www.mxpulse.com/board/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=1094. Simply fill that out accordingly and we will review your project. To be eligible for city planner, you must earn a score of 35 with a 10 in the scale category. Also, it would be helpful for us if you included the server you built your project on and to include a location in case no one is available to grade it while you are online.
