My Game Name is: CoolDudeRuler
My Project is called: Ascraeus

A brief description of my project: This is Ascraeus, (name idea from Rick), it's Medieval styled, a large mansion, 18 blocks(2 stories) high, about 100x80 blocks(not accurately checked).

Please remake Tower of Babylon and we will promote you to City Planner and chosen as new spawn, only if your creation is beautiful enough. You're a little far from Architect rank, practice makes perfect.

Much like with what Dum said Bunny, the "cool down" would basically be in between builds since each new rank requires a lot more than the other, therefore for a build to exceed your previous one it would require time and dedication applied to it. That itself can be a long enough time
