I don't rate redstone. I dont know to much about it but I think its just a few note blocks and a pistons. Which minus the note blacks reminds me of a very simple set up Psico's showed me how to make a farm with. As for the build. I think it needs more. If the toilet was built in a bathroom so say bathroom walls, Maybe a toilet paper holder etc. I think your idea would tie in more. Just a few suggestions
