I'm going to admit I'm terrible at redstone I can make a lantern light up woo go me right. So I've been avoiding this so another member of staff can do it but it seems this has been here a while and I apologise. I've had a look at the other enigeener applications and I've decide that this is not up to the same standards since it is a common thing to build. It seems most successful applications for engineer are very complex.
I do however believe that it's apprentice worthy so congrats .
I hope to see more of your redstone builds later on.

Hey, i'm just going to jump in here and say a few things.

First off blackeye was correct in not giving you the rank of engineer, whilst it is a "good" build there are many aspects that let this specific build down.

The four guidelines for engineer are:

Uniqueness
Ambition
Execution
Scale

Being a tic tac toe build instantly lowers its marking by a large amount - first of all it's already been done on the server (sorry ) and second if you go on youtube and type "minecraft tic tac toe" there are hundreds and hundreds of videos and creations already built. Tic Tac Toe is such a simple concept in minecraft.

Ambition links in with uniqueness, not a very exciting build.

The execution wasn't too great there were wires everywhere, the back part is a mess and it needs sorted, make it more organised. Finally there isn't anything stopping one player pressing the same cell as the other.

Scale, it's "big" but there is a lot of empty space. No good. You need to make it large but use the space and not leave air.

I'd say you'd be somewhere around 20 marks (~19ish)
