There are a couple of interesting elements the way that this small town is constructed that makes it look well defined for a small settlement.

Beauty: 8
The wall, for example is quite unique and I haven't seen one done like that in this server before. Also the fact that the river is man made adds effort into it and makes it look quite nice.

Execution: 7
I can see quite the amount of effort put into this and in such short amount of time. Not to mention that as a small village you have payed attention to proper details that make it look realistic.

Scale: 4
As mentioned before it is a small town after all so it's not so big although it has used the space provided quite well. However as I'm sure you will be expanding it it will be no problem in the future.

So, 7+8+7+4 = 26 ! That's more than enough for apprentice and just a few points short of Architect! Keep working at it as I'm sure you will and I'm quite positive that the Scale of it will grow effortlessly
