Make sure you're not using anything like malware bytes that may block it. Check firewalls etc.

I gave him an alternate address. It seems that some software either firewalls, anti-malware or anti-virus are blocking the IP's our Anti-DDoS services use. I don't know why they choose to do this seems absurd to me.
