I'm trying to figure out how to use the new claims I bought from the Shop.
I bought 256, and I can see them when I type /town but I don't know how to use them.
When I try to use /town buy bonus 256 I get a message back from Towny saying "input cannot be negative" and I cannot seem to claim any more land.
Is there some other command I should be using?

If I'm correct the reason you can't use them Daigle is due to having 1655/1357 Land claims, Eventually you'd have to buy enough land claims to be over 1655. There shouldn't be another command anyway, hope that helps.

Oh, OK. I bought another 16 and now it says 1655/1373. Wow this is gonna be way more expensive than I thought. I certainly don't want to unclaim any existing land.

You town must have lost a lot of players, you get 32 claims for each player in it.

Could that be changed though? I ran into the same issue, and its just not very feasible to pay because people deserted.

Nope it can't be. If you have claimed your allowance and then people leave then towny won't allow you to claim new land until your limit is back over. If we took this away then people would just be able to claim stupid amounts of land regardless of people.

I feel ur pain Daigle I have to buy over like 4k of towny plots lol....
