Reason for being banned:
Apparently I griefed zuperkamelen's build in survival

Appeal Statement:
The reason I think I deserve another chance is because I am not a griefer; I frequently ask if its ok to raid in the wilderness ONLY, I check how long the builder has been off the server. (If less then 6 months, I don't touch it.)
I HAD a town to look after but apparently that's been torn apart. I want this appealed so I can get back on the server and get my town rolled back to the point I left (Nov 3rd). As it was paid up to last during my absence and should have been safe.

That rule only works for chests. It doesn't matter if the build is over 2 years old. If you grief then you breaking the rules. For your town, Unless an assistant or a co-mayor removed money on the town your town should be fine. If not then your money must've ran out. Unless it was a glitch we cannot help you. If it was Griefed we can rollback but anything that was taken from chests or land that may have been claimed by other players during your absence can not be claimed back by you since it has been more then 90 days since you left.

This is your first ban so I will unban you but anything other issues you have, ask staff members.

And I still get kicked from survival instantly saying I'm still banned.

Yes survival is fair game. But like I said this means looting chests! Not breaking blocks. So just for future reference; don't break things that arnt yours

Taking blocks in the wild is not fair game, I never said that. This has been our rule since 2012 and we've been consistent in it for all of that time, no touching of other peoples builds without permission no matter how long they've been gone.

The only exception is the contents of chests, furnaces, hoppers and other containers like those.

Speaking of; since i was away a few months, my town somehow ran out of money (which I paid up to prevent) and was disbanded or w/e. And my pagoda shop/easter egg was for some reason rolled from the grass lvl up.
Is there any chance my pagoda can be fixed? _Tidge tried but couldn't get it. I'd like it to be fixed to the point of my game actually setup. I have not touched the shop contents because I'm not even sure if whats there is mine or or data.

And does anyone have coordinates of where I apparently broke a build so I can see if I remember actually being there?
I did have the habit of going raiding old chests, so I'm not saying I didn't loot. But I did not have the habit of breaking builds so I'd like to see it for myself.

If the town ran out of money someone probably took the money. Perhaps an assistant of the town. The town tax is R30 per day, how long were you gone?

I can try to retrieve your build for you, when we're both on I will do it for you.
