Hello everybody!
I have banned, yes again, what a shame?
Look, I honestly don't even want to be unbanned for the reason of playing on the server, I just want to because I feel it was done unruly and without justice, and I feel everyone deserves to appeal against injustices brought upon them.

My reasons of being banned, let's go through them:

1. 'Starting Drama in chat' Ok so, first off, the drama I started in chat, which I should of put in forums, I agree, was due to my friend (Who I'll admit is a bit of a bitch, but he's still a somewhat nice guy) was muted for an unreasonable reason. He did '/me kills self.' Honestly, I have seen so much worse shit on this server than that, and I among most people probably realized it was just a joke. I know he was muted before that, and this makes me believe he was muted due to a bias Sammy had against him.

2. 'Drama in forums' I started no drama in forums, all I did was, among other people, including STEPH and PRI, two admins, was make a joke towards a forum post someone else made.

I feel like a lot of admins abuse their power, and I'm sure many players can agree, not just in my group of friends, that they do. I have been muted multiple times for unruly reasons, and other players have too, even banned as well.
One of those cases being me and my friends just now, another being when players, including myself, opposed something Adrian has said, they had been muted as well.
I think that something should be done to get rid of this abuse of power, and that players shouldn't be muted or banned for unreasonable and frankly stupid reasons.
I'm sorry if I'm against my freedom of speech being taken from me, but I'm sure I'm not the only one to be against it.

Ban Appeal Denied.

I'd like to request that my ban appeal be answered by someone other than Sammy or Adrian, for many valid reasons that I honestly don't feel like listing

All of our staff serve voluntarily and it is a very difficult and thankless job. When they do their jobs well it is like they did nothing at all.

I was online when all this happened and you were not listening to staff and making out that we are some kind of oppressive police force like the gestapo. You even compared what we do on the server to crimes against the African American community by the United States police force.

You are an attention seeking nuisance that constantly pushes the boundaries of what is acceptable within our rules and often you completely ignore them, especially the ones about chat conduct and how to talk to both staff and players.

You're an agitator and a liar. The admins on this server do not abuse their power, we enforce our rules that you agree to every time you login to our server. You're fully aware of what those rules are and constantly you are undermining them and the staff whose duty it is to enforce them.

You may see this ban as some kind of vendetta against you by a staff member but that simply isn't the case. You're simply a rotten egg and so are your loser friends who joined the server with you this evening intending to troll. Congratulations you played a stupid game and won a stupid prize, a ban.

This has been a long time coming kody. The abuse and disrespect you have towards staff is amazing. Not to mention the way you treat some players. The way you treated me in particular was pathetic. It does not come out to anything when you try to harass anyone. As you say you don't actually wan't to be unbanned so it's going to stay that way. These are the punishments that come from your behavior, you can go around in life being the way you are on here it will not get you far. Goodbye

Guys I believe that you should give Kody another chance hes been playing on this server for a while. My mutes were the reason he got banned I'm very sorry for what happened this is all my fault

I'd like to let you know that I honestly don't care, and that I've been waiting to say this for so fucking long
I didn't come on this server to troll, I came on to build and play with my friends, and I'm sorry that I couldn't last long without standing up for my friend.
Goodbye, and I'd like to say that honestly the only staff that I've ever felt to be reasonable on this server are Steph, Tidge, Freak, Dal, and probably some others, though none to be involved in this situation

He doesn't want to get unbanned. He wants to fight the power™ but you don't come to a knife fight with a spoon. I'm tired of his ridiculous accusations that staff are oppressive when we run one of the most open and honest servers available.

If he wants some validation he should go ask mum for a hug, we're not a baby sitting service.

You honestly do care as you want more and more attention. Please just go away, we have things to do.
