Reason for being banned:
accidentally breaking a block while observing

Appeal Statement:
Hello, i am a new player to your server, invited to play by a friend, i had really liked it so far, and was exploring around the spawn.Being used to other servers having block protection, i was just swinging around like i normally do, i didn't realize i broke something until i was banned, i didn't mean for it to happen and i was informed of the rules after the ban the friend who invited me

I was online when this happened, i will take full responsibility for him because I invited him to the server, he told me he was going to go look for easter eggs while I was helping him build his house. He had no intention on doing harm to anyone's builds and was just used to servers with block protection. I hope he may get a ban appeal.

You should both know that griefing is against the rules.You broke people's stuff which u intended to break. If you are used to block protection why would you even try to grief?
Every action dealt by the player is the players responsibility. You shouldn't have to take that into yourself.
