[I honestly didn't know I was not allowed to mine that, I thought it was a hidden easter egg, or something like that. I didn't think it would get me banned. ]

There are NO Easter eggs that you will ever have to break something for. All Easter eggs are in spawn. Protected.
If there is a build that is not yours. Or looks man made. DO not break it. Just walk past it.
There is Honey Pots all over the server to stop griefers such as yourself.
