The reason you have been banned

Appeal Statement:
I think I should be unbanned because that was my first time ever playing that server (look in the server log) and I didn't know the rules. My friends said they were playing on that server, but they never said what it was. I didn't read the rules because I thought my friends would explain it but they didn't and I got bored so I ran in the wilderness. I found a house and I saw chests so naturally I took what was in them. (I play a lot of Minecraft factions) For all I knew this was a factions server too. That's why I think I should have a second chance. I won't let you down.

Once I am unbanned will I have the stuff I stole from someone's chest?
If so can I keep it? If I cant keep it do I put it back? Will I be banned for putting it back?
