Reason for being banned:
"Drama"

Appeal Statement:
I deserve another chance because I did not wish to cause drama when I was banned. I have appealed once already from another forum account, but thought it wise to have an appeal on both to make things less confusing (I hope). I was very angry that Pri and Psico had re-set my harassment and bullying problems by saying in open chat that 'Caliteo is NewtSkills'. To explain my frustration I will now say who was harassing me and why I created my second character. nateplatch and Jrod008 had been harassing me for several days and I wanted to continue playing on this server because it's the smallest and most active one I can find, so I created a second character (NewtSkills) to attempt to escape the bullying and harassment. When the conection between my two usernames was revealed I believed it was an act against me, specifically, because I felt the moderators and admins already knew about the harassment toward me. As you can understand, I was very upset, as stated earlier, and lashed out a bit when Pri, Psico, and other players kept the information in chat. As I stated earlier, I did not intend to cause drama before I was banned, and do not plan to cause, try to cause, or accidentally cause drama in the future.
To add to my statement above I would like to produce evidence that I had not broken any official RenMX rules prior to being banned. Because I do not wish to have an extremely long post I will paste a link to the RenMX rules; as a moderator or admin you probably already know the rules, but please refresh your minds and read the list. You will find that I had not broken any of the rules, and therefore, have no reason to currently be banned.

I believe Psico abused his privileges and powers as an admin when he used a command to strile me with lightning after I'd asked a question (I asked once and I was ignored, so I asked a few more times and explained a few things in hopes a moderator or admin was listening and would help me), Jrod008 has been lying to moderators about me, himself, his actions, and my actions, nateplatch had been trolling me (against the rules), and If I am unbanned I am prepared to apologize and make a truce between nate, Jrod008, all the moderators and admins, Psico especially, and Pri, and any other player I have forgotten to mention that has been in a conflict with me. Again, thank you for reading and Considering my request.

Techically this is your 2nd ban as Caliteo. But because you evaded the ban using two alternative accounts, you will unlikely get unbanned anytime.

Cal, I honestly think you would be happier on another server. You are blaming us for things like we somehow are responsible.

When you join our server, staff do not get a message like "This user is also known as Caliteo" the staff member (psico45) only checked who you were after you kept complimenting your own builds under a new username.

And then instead of just messaging the staff and saying hey I feel I'm being harassed so I've made a new username, you lied and said you had no idea who Caliteo is. That is obviously going to make us curious and show proof to the contrary.

Once you came clean to me, I said to all the staff to not bring up the fact you were Caliteo and not to mention it again. I also instructed them that if you were to create more drama that you were to be banned and not 6 minutes after I gave them that direction you created drama and were banned.

Everything is always someone else's fault with you Cal, here is some life advice, that excuse doesn't work. It doesn't work here and it doesn't work in the real world. You have to own your mistakes because no one is going to help you just because you say it was someone else's fault. Trying to complicate this situation by twisting other people's used up patience with you into a conspiracy against you won't wash.

I do hope you find another server to play on. There are tens of thousands out there and I'm sure you'll find one that you can call home.

Telling staff to read the rules, that's a new one. I wish you the best of luck on another server.

I'd like to point out the fact that you all are refusing to see your parts in this. Pri, the point of me creating a new character is so NOBODY would know, and, therefore, the harassment, biases, and other bad things would stop. Even moderators knowing had brought up several biases that any moderator or admin would deny. Pri, you once called me a "bitch", as well as Psi trying to kill me with lightning. Considering all of you seem to be ignoring your roles in all of this (I am not blaming everything on everyone else, I'm simply explaining what happened that caused me to be this upset, and if you think otherwise I know you didn't take in all the details), the moderators and admins also talked behind my back, as I had suspected and said, and I have told the moderators and admins several times about the harassment going toward me. I'd also like to point out that I was not trying to sound rude or anything when I said to look at the rules, I thought it would provide evidence for my claim, apparently you didn't get the point.
Again, all of you have completely missed my point, and completely ignored your part and responsibilities as staff. I have not broken any rules, and the server is going corrupt if the mods and admins keep up with the "We had no part in this, everything is Caliteo's fault" thing, but I really hope that doesn't happen because lots of other players enjoy your server.
At this point I'd just like to say that, since you are oblivious to details, I'm assuming that's because you're males (So I've been told), I hope you all realize that the world has other people in it besides other men, and the rules apply to you, too. Donald Trump would make a better server owner, and Pri, this may sound a bit harsh, but given the circumstances and what I was never allowed to say on the server because of the personal stories rule, if you really DO have cancer, I hope you don't recover.
I honestly think I'd have been treated differently if any one person on the server knew what I couldn't say, and I won't say it now because you'd spew it to the entire world, being who you are.
I once had great respect for the mods and admins and owners of this server, but have come to a conclusion that this server doesn't deserve half a penny of support from any player. I do, however, think bamer deserves a second shot, and that Jrod008 and nateplatch should be banned for harassment and trolling, not that anyone actually cared what I needed help with on the server, but worth a shot.
Adrian told me that all my things would be rolled back. If I'm not mistaken, banned players' things aren't rolled back, and this would be another act against the server's morals (if the server has morals) to break the rule for one player. Geogly gets all my stuff the next time she's online and NO I do NOT know her, and I think you can tell by the way that we don't have the same IP address.
Again, you are refusing to take responsibility for or acknowledge your parts in this, and I hope you realize them soon. If you don't your server won't be worth crap pretty soon. Seeya.

Caliteo you're never going to get ahead in life with these kinds of transparent insults.
