I'm really confused by these appeals.

If you've changed your username with Mojang and cannot login then you need to talk to Mojang support. As for your chests on our server they are tired to the name you created them with, you may request a staff member in-game to help you rename your chests but they may charge you a small fee for each one they change as it takes up their time.
