So, i hate drama, my town is small and tight knit, and this guy comes in and just griefs, spams, and is an overall nuisance. He is even building right near my town. I've asked him multiple times to go away and all he does is run around town annoying the members. Can this please be dealt with?

I've not been online to see what's going on but if you can get a few more users to reply here with what they've seen I will take action without witnessing it myself.

I have not experienced him directly, but I have seen several people yelling at him for griefing, which he blamed on his younger brother. They then switched back and forth between the 'brother' and Frozen.
