Tidge said that bans before my first ban will slide... Help?

Wouldn't any griefing before my first ban fall under my first ban appeal that got accepted? Since I was banned before for griefing.

There was a grief that happened before you were banned that I said would let slide. This was due to you saying that you understood the no-griefing policy. I'm not sure where/when this griefing happened that you were recently banned for so I'm not sure if that'd fall under that umbrella.

It was forever ago, the last time I was in the end was probably Monday
