So recently I signed up on www.renmx.com and I have been trying to go to the shop and it just isn't working. Before I registered I was able to, is there anything I should try other than refreshing the page(I've already done this)? Thank you.

If you go to shop.renmx.com while you are ingame on the server you should get a link ingame that signs you in
did you do this?

Can you explain a little more about which part of the shop isn't working, do you get a DNS error a server error, no error, a white page, do you see just the top menu bar and the rest is blank?

The link doesn't pop up in chat for me either....

He is getting a white screen. Auction/Voting etc work for him and it shows him logged in at the top menu. no errors or ingame auth. chat in game either.

Sounds like a DNS problem. Try opening command prompt (I'm assuming you're on Windows) and type in ipconfig /flushdns then try the pages again. If it still doesn't work restart your router/modem.
