I have recently changed my name from SJL199 to AHappyTeddyBear I changed it because SJL had to do with my name and 1999 is the year I was born when I was 11 I didn't see these as a problem but now I don't that much personal information on the internet. People were still calling me SJL1999 and after they wouldn't stop the mod Blackly told them not to or they will get a mute. I login today and the players who were on yesterday (HappyMerchant,Sapphire_Shark,BiozombieActice, and GraytheMudkip) still keep calling me that after that I asked them to stop, but Bio kept instigating other people to pick on me. After maybe 5 min of arguing Sapphire said she would stop and them said they would call me abusive words (I Think the 3rd screenshot has them). Then all the other people in chat kept adding to the list. Always listen to staff is a rule and after I told them that Happy was saying "F*ck the Rules" and people who saw Black say that kept picking on me.

Now let me say something I don't remember you saying that cause i was busy with something else buut i did ask for evidence of this and we didn't get any till now. I however do apologize for this.

here is the part that stands out to me, and its what keeps coming to the fore front of my mind when i think of this

a member of our community has asked us to use his new username.
it is simply common courtesy to call someone by the name they prefer, we shouldnt need
proof from a staff member to be courteous

although i will note that neither Gray nor Bio appear to be the biggest offenders from those screenies

I do agree with Riven. It is just common courtesy to call someone by what they asked without any explanation. Especially if they don't want their personal info out there.
