Banned for: Teleporting a player to a secret build and seeing the secret myself

Appeal Statement: Looks like I've done screwed up. I had a spark of curiosity in my bordem and made a bad decision to invade a secretive area. I can't justify this action other than saying I was curious and bored, but I can admit my mistake and assure if I were to be unbanned it would never happen again. From the history of my ban and unban records, I didn't repeat my mistakes. An example being when I stole from Adrian after entering a door that had a blank sign, I was unbanned and ended up never stealing at all again, just to be safe. Even something that may or may not be a joke such as funboxing VodkaDK, if anyone noticed, after my first attempt at that resulted in his disapproval, I never made an attempt again. I hope this helps assure that I would not repeat my mistakes and would take more caution in the future. One may say new problems will keep sprouting but when you pick out a weed in a garden, it takes a bit of dirt digging to get the roots and this issue is that dirt. I know I tend to have a bad record in the community with my annoyance to some, but since the most recent poll I have made an attempt at lessening that by not being as active in chat. My record is not the best and trouble seems to follow me concerning off the main rules issues like this but my I never wish to harm the server or break any rules. I feel as if I am not appealing for this specific issue but my overall history on the server. As for the specific issue, I would definitely not repeat this same mistake if I were to be unbanned or anything similar to it, and would take caution to any further rules.

I would like to directly apologize to Steph, though. I WAS in fact aware when Sarah was told the build was off limits, and proceeded to find and teleport her anyways. I never had or have any intention of exposing the secret. I'm sorry I upset you by ruining your surprise and hope you accept my apology.

If you have and questions or interrogation for me about something, ask away. I hope my appeal is understood and accepted.

Stephanie can decide what happens to you but I just wanted to say I was very disappointed to have the surprize spoiled. I also thought it was very disrespectful to the effort and work we put in to make the server fun with new things to play.

I see my wrongdoing. If it matters, I never planned on exposing anything, or even to memorize or see it for myself. I can say I did not have a good look at it and did not give away what it was to anyone, except for teleporting Sarah. I do appreciate the effort that is put towards the server and admire the dedication greatly, after all, it took me a year to find a server perfect to my taste. I was not aware I was doing something so far out of bounds at the time I did it. All I can do is apologize for my actions, reassure it won't happen again, and hope for another chance.

If it was a secret build, why wouldnt steph put up walls and a roof over it to cover it so it would actually be breaking rules to get in and see it. I don't see any rules being broken except Rambo flying over a build.

It was more just for being inconsiderate and also viewing a project that will later be released. Kinda childish if you ask me.

No offence to anyone, but shouldn't a big secret be made on creative?

It was on creative, Ice. It was about 10k blocks east and 10k blocks south of spawn.

He broke this rule:

Always Listen to Staff
If a Staff member tells you to do something you better listen to them and do exactly what they tell you to do.

That is rule number 2. He was told quite plainly in chat that it was a private build that he was not allowed to view. Sarah was told the same thing and so were many other players who requested to see what we were building.

It wasn't just Stephs build, myself and T_Balla were also working on it over the past two days with all of us having significant roles in it. Also the build was encased with a floor, ceiling and walls but there was one section that had a gap and he entered through that.

It was on Creative, but maybe you children should stop being so chummy with staff and expecting your actions to not have consequences. We like everyone deserve respect and when we want to make something in private you shouldn't just trapse across the map to sneak a peak. We have tpa and tpahere for a reason and you should respect that.

I mean am I gonna have to remove player positions from our map? Am I gonna have to ban specific players from using the map? Cause if it comes to that I will do so.
