Ok hi again.. look i didn't know about this whole hacking thing and no i'm not lying i didn't even know it was possible to do that! I like the server and all even though i can tell most of you hate me I have all my builds on it. So now my best friend is gone I can't talk to some of my friends that were on the server and I lost all my stuff. Is that it just bye and never come back? I really liked it there and thanks to the people that were nice all the time and read this please even if you don't care.

One more thing you should know, I don't know much of anything about survival. I don't know how many diamonds gold etc you can possibly get. I thought those people that gave me that stuff were people that had been on the server for a long time so I didn't know that. I hate crimes and I wouldn't lie to you guys so please believe me even if you never want to hear from me again

Tori, I doubt any of the staff hate you. We are disappointed that a bug was exploited for financial gain on the server instead of being reported to us. Had any of you reported this suspicious activity you would have been rewarded instead of scolded.

You brought the ban on yourself by entering IRC quite soon after the events and complaining when you should have taken some time away from the game to think through your actions.

I'm sorry to say that ignorance (I didn't know they were cheated goods!) doesn't cut it. Even a really dim person could have seen it was abnormal to be showered in diamond blocks, especially by players who are brand new to our server.

I don't know if you're going to get unbanned, I'd recommend coming totally clean about your involvement, what you really knew and so on. Honesty I can respect but continuing with this fallen angel routine is not gonna get you anywhere, I do not respect crocodile tears.

Ok thanks and let me know if you can unban me or not I'm sorry all of this happened and I should've known they were cheating (btw I didn't go I irc after I was banned only bailey did).

This is what I thought and knew about the situation: Well for starters I thought that those players had been on for a while or had access to do all of that (can admins even do that?) so I just went along with it. It isn't the first time someone has just given me stuff like that but it wasn't something as valuable. I still should have known thought I admit that. If I knew I never would have taken part in it because I would never want to hurt the server (I have no reason to). If I see any more suspicious activity I will acknowledge someone immediately (that is if I can ever come back). That was a lot of I don't knows and stuff but I can't rephrase that. I don't want this to sound like I want you to feel bad for me or anything so don't look at it like that please.

Let me tell you where we are on this Tori.

We have concerns with the way you reacted to this whole event, it was very drama filled with you saying you were going to leave the server to play somewhere else. And Bailey didn't make your own case any better with her thread on the forums, the way she spoke in-game and the way she spoke about staff on IRC.

You two are friends, we aren't going to be unbanning her and we aren't sure what you're gonna do after you get unbanned, share your account with her? Cause more drama because your "BFF" as you put it will be banned?

We have a lot of reservations maybe you can help us with those.

I said I would leave for a while (I just needed to calm down) but I never said I was going to play another server. And heavens no I wouldn't share my minecraft account with anyone (no offense but especially her because she has a tendency to accidently break stuff all the time). What exactly did she say on IRC? And tell me more about the reservations please.

Situations like this become difficult over the general behavior that the players demonstrate after a ban. While some players have ben banned before and actually do come back to play in a safe manner, that is not usually the case. This situation is being discussed by the staff in order to come up with the most reasonable conclusion for this.

If you were to ask what's the most reasonable conclusion, I'd have to say the one that benefits the server as a whole and not just a player or two. It's not a matter of likes and dislikes since this is kept very professional, it becomes a matter of positive continuity for the gameplay and the community.
