Since Bungeecord has 'plugged into' our server, I have to be on Survival to get on Creative by typing "/server creative" while going there with IP address doesn't work, oftentimes the reason is unknown host.
Is this intended or is it a bug?

I see the problem, I have now fixed it. It may take a few hours for your internet service provider to receive the changes I have made to make it work properly.
