wondering if i could take down a build

I am wondering if i could take down a build in front of my fortress. The owner is quentenbalgard. he has not been on for 71 days. i was also wondering if u could remove the town that he has put around the unfinished build so i could take it down.

I actually checked this out in game prior to this Post. I checked the Town and People in it the Deadbolts weren't expired and the time wasn't 70 something days. There were 3 people in that town that it was time at End of January I told him he could remove it. It is actually a decent size build.

I've seen your huge mountain fort-type thing build and it looks pretty cool! I'd love seeing it expanded over that river where the build you want removed is.
